For our third birthday, we welcome you to a weekend long celebration of tropical sounds spanning from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st of July. Converting a secret location into a mirror image of the colourful & Rthmical streets found on the Carribeans biggest island; Cuba, Havana.

3 days / 3 line ups / 3rd birthday.

With Cuba now entering negotiations with the US, we thought it right to pay homage to the heritage of Cuba.

Close your eyes for a moment and imagine you are there. Guitars and voices harmonizing over a syncopated drum rhythm; sunlight slanting across rotten peeling paintwork; The smell of Cigars in the air; Rumba & tropical sounds form every corner; Rum cocktails, Mango, Pineapple, Guava and Orange bites, colourful decore, Cuban Cars, Exotic plants, Visual artists & all the ingredients which bring the vibrant city of Havana to life.

With Buena Vista Social Club officially signing out in April on thier 'Adios tour' / Gilles Peterson providing amazing insight to Cuba's musical influences / Cuba starting it's first electronic festival in Manana // Cuba, we felt it there's no time like ahorra to spice up Londons musical scene's with a tribute to one of the most exotic places on the planet.

Stay tuned for competitions, line up announcements, art, special treats we have for each day & more as we prepare for our biggest celebration yet.

Reginald Omas Mamod IV

South London's Reginald Omas Masode IV latest remix off Gilles Peterson's Havana Cultura project was one our favorutie cuts off the album. His flawless and forward thinking output has won him many fans from the critics and his peers alike. We can't wait for him to get the party started on Sunday with his Cuban influenced wonkey broken beats and elegantly mangled Jazz.

Feelings (Vinatge Havanna)

Renouwned for their emphasis on belaeric and feel good selections.Over the past few years Feelings have hosted shows with legendary acts such as Mood ll Swing, Egyptian lover, The Black Madonna, Dj Alfredo, Nicky Siano & Much more. The Feelings crew are a welcome addition to the sunday celebrations as they bring us a vintage Havana Set for the occasion.

Cal Jader (Movimientos)

Cal Jader is one of the musical activists, founders and original 'dancehall caballeros' behind London cultural protagonists Movimientos. With his trademark blend of red hot 'classico' latin beats, uptempo carnival rhythms, tropical bass, and fresh global sounds he is perfect to bring the hot cuban viibes to the party.

Sounddhism longest running resident and all round top crate digger. Omah's musical outlook draws influence from all four corners of the globe, no doubt he will be bringing onpoint eclectic slecetions on the day.
